Phos Rituals Returns & Refunds Policy

At Phos Rituals, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy provided the circumstances meet the conditions outlined below.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS

You may be eligible if:

  • Incorrect or faulty product: You received the wrong item or a product that is faulty. Please contact us immediately with a detailed description and photos of the issue.
  • Allergic reaction: You experienced an allergic reaction to the product.
  • Exclusions: We cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

All requests must be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your Online Tax Invoice full name, email and Order Number. Order confirmation emails will not be accepted as proof.

REFUNDS

  • If your return meets the above criteria, we will refund your purchase using your original payment method.
  • Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
  • Approved refunds will be processed automatically within 10 business days.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

  • We aim to process exchanges, refunds, or store credit within 2 business days of receiving your return package.
  • Returns from metro areas usually arrive within 7–10 business days. Regional and remote areas may take longer.

HOW TO LODGE A RETURN OR REFUND

To request a return, exchange, or refund, please email hello@phosrituals.com with:

  • Your proof of purchase (Online Tax Invoice).
  • Photos and details of the product issue (if faulty).
  • Photos of any allergic reaction (if applicable).
  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
